What we do

Recognising Excellence helps organisations improve performance through people and processes.

We do this by providing advice, guidance and assessment sevices for national standards such as Investors in People, Lexcel, the Training Quality Standard, ISO and SFEDI.

We are a small team with excellent relationships with organisations across the South West.

Recognising Excellence provides support to more than 3000 private businesses, public sector organisations and schools. We work with organisations of all sizes from small family run businesses to large multinational organisations.

As a not for profit company we are driven to continually improve and develop our services to clients by re–investing any profits into the company.

We work with organisations such as Business Links, the LSC, Investors in People UK, The Law Society and SFEDI to ensure we continue to deliver a high standard of service.

We also work to an approved ISO 9001 quality management system certified by LRQA.
